Israel Sack Archive
Fall 2020
Series of fliers and GIFs for the Israel Sack Archive at Yale. The archive is a largely unknown collection of thousands of photos of early American furniture repaired and sold by the company Israel Sack, Inc. The fliers were designed to be displayed either individually or in sets of four. When displayed in a set, the individual pieces of furniture form large, unusual mashups that grab the attention of passersby. I created this series for the class Graphic Design Methodologies. I edited the pictures and created the GIFs in Adobe Photoshop and designed the fliers in Adobe Illustrator.
